Returns & Refund Eligibility

2. Defective Product
If your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
3. Item Not as Described
If the product you receive is significantly different from the description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Any reason not listed under the "Returns & Refund Eligibility" section above
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved for one of the eligible reasons listed above, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
For all other circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues once tracking information shows the package as delivered.
