Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are handmade to order, meaning each item is carefully crafted specifically for you. As a result, processing and delivery times may be longer than those of standard retail products.

Processing Time

  • Every item is handmade and individually inspected for quality.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality control before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 10–14 business days, depending on your location.

Combined with the handmade production timeline, your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the tracking number has been issued.

Shipping Delays

As each item is handmade, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Material supply delays
  • Carrier disruptions (weather, customs processing, transportation issues, etc.)

We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, delayed, or lost, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
